April - The month of "Think Outside The Box": A series of interesting events from Units at Sun* will blow your mind

“Think Outside The Box" is the following core value after “Be A Team”. It best describes the Sun*'s personality which is always ready to "Think better ways and Try new things" in all situations. Along with the other remaining core values, "Think Outside The Box" becomes a valuable guideline in all collective activities as well as young and dynamic working environment of Sun*

To become a Digital Creative Studio, Sun* always creates an environment where everyone  has the freedom to develop their strengths, openly embrace new things and constantly bring out creative ideas to contribute to the organization development.

In this April - the month of "Think Outside The Box" at Sun* officially brings a lot of new and interesting activities from the Units. Let's find out the names of those remarkable events! 

EUV1 - 7 day home workout Challenge

The fact that nationwide social distancing and remote-working make it impossible for Sunners to maintain their daily outdoor physical and sport activities. Taking advantage of this, EUV1 has initiated a "7-day home workout Challenge" to encourage everyone to increase exercising, improve health, and also to try new things so that we can not be down during this outbreak.

In partcular, Sunners can register to join this challenge in any exercise such as pushups, squats, jump ropes or even jogging, as long as you do it at home.

Challenge time: Starting from 11/04/2020 to the end of 17/04/2020

Participants: All Sunners from different Units.

During the exercise, don't forget to post your exercise photo clip on your personal Facebook page with the hashtags #StayHome_StayHealthy #Sunner_7DaysChallenge

At the end of the 7-day challenge, the Sunners who completed the goal will have a chance to join the lucky draw and receive gifts from EUV1.

EUV2 - "5 happy remote-working days "

The vibe of "Think Outside The Box" is in every corner at Sun* and on April 13, 2020, EUV2 also officially brought out the "5 happy remote-working days" challenge.

The challenge started when the familiar Chatbot of EUV2 sent a challenge to the members in the box unit and 5 topics related to 5 different challenges within 5 days. EUV2 members need to join the challenge and share the pictures on personal Facebook page to prove it. Specifically:

Step 1: Sunners will post the status about the challenge on personal Facebook page and tag the names of 3 colleagues you want to challenge to join in.

Step 2:

- Sunners accepted the challenge will start to share the "5 happy remote-working days" each day, following the topic given by Chatbot.

(Note: The topics are in the given photo, Sunners have to accomplish full 5 days)

- After completing the challenge each day, Sunner will post a photo/clip related to the topic of each day on personal Facebook with the caption

"Today I've just.....

with hashtags: #Sun_Workfromhome #TheHigh #Thinkoutsidethebox 

The organizers will search for the posts of the Sunners according to the hashtag to post on The High Fanpage to spread the creativity of members.

EUV3 - Game livestream Kahoot 

While other Units explode with the physical challenges, EUV3 organizes an online mini gameshow to relieve stress and test the intelligence of the Sunners.

Kahoot is a popular online game model. The quizzes are related to the core value of the month, OKRs, .... and will be hosted by a member of EUV3.

This mini gameshow is expected to be released at 16:00 on April 15 via the livestream platform at EUV3's Facebook Group.

EUV4 - "Think Outside The Box" contest

Also in response to the "Think Outside The Box" month, Sunners EUV4 - Da Nang are all excited to participate in the "Think outside the box" contest.

By sharing another use of a common household item that has never been found out before, EUV4 members will have the opportunity to be creative with good, unique, strange ideas but still remain high practicality from familiar items in your own house.

Don't worry that you can't try new things to be happy when working remotely, Sunners Danang can join this contest now with these very simple rules:

Sunners take photos of the item and post them on Facebook with a caption showing its use and purpose with the hashtags: #Sunasterisk #thinkoutsidethebox. Don't forget to tag your colleagues to spread the message of this contest!

Sun* Ho Chi Minh - The "Think outside the box in remote-working season" challenge

With the slogan "Try new things - Post Facebook - Get hot gifts", the "Think Outside The Box in remote-working season" challenge of Sun* Ho Chi Minh wishes to encourage the spirit of Sunners members in Ho Chi Minh in particular and the whole company in general to keep creating and opening to new things.

During the time of social distancing, Sunners will record videos or take photos of daily activities, work, study, entertainment or exercise and post them to Facebook Group of Sun* Ho Chi Minh. Based on the total number of reactions and comments, the organizers will find out 2 Sunners to win this challenge.

Design Unit - "Impressive remote-working moments"

In addition to many activities of the above Units, Design Unit also responds to "Think Outside The Box" month by organizing the creative activity "Impressive remote-working moments". The groups will launch and vote for the 2 most unique photos or videos then vote for the groups in the DEU.
