EUV2: Who are the owners of the MIP award for Quarter I/2020?
As usual, every quarter, the best members are selected to receive prestigious internal awards: Most Important Person and Most Important Project (MIP). So in the first quarter of 2020, who are the owners of this award?
Fulfilment Project- Most Important Project
Fulfillment is a complex project of many small projects with different types of products for FFL customers. The project involves the development of many areas of Mobile, Backend, Frontend and members from many regions of the company. Managing project quality as well as releasing on time for customers requires a combination of many different teams.
The Fulfilment project encountered many difficulties, especially in March and April (when the whole Sun* worked remotely due to the outbreak of Covid-19). Not only having high expectations, the customers are also strict with the information they give. Therefore, the whole team had worked really hard to complete the work committed to the customers.
During the complicated period of the Covid-19 pandemic, when most other projects were arranged to work remotely, the Fulfilment members were still required to work fully at the company until Government directive 16 on social distancing was given. Although there are many concerns in the project, all members of Fulfilment have completed the given tasks to help Fulfilment overcome the last difficult time.
Đặng Thị Mỹ Dung - Most Important Person
As one of the first QAs of Sun* Da Nang who has a strong attachment for the company with 3 years of working since its establishment, when mentioning My Dung, everyone will immediately remember this diligent QA of the Fulfillment project. With her attachment and contribution, the colleagues often think Dung's project rarely has OT.
My Dung is a typical QA employee who always stands side by side with the development team to work their best with the project and is not afraid to protect the viewpoint whenever the project receives feedback or CR from customers. At any time, she all inspires and spreads the spirit to the QA team in Sun* Da Nang.
Joining the project when there are only 1 to 2 QAs, the Fulfilment project has grown stronger so far as sometimes the QA team is up to 15 members. With such a large project and a large number of QAs, it is not easy to manage and fully understand the project's system. However, by strong technical skills and a good memory and a quick learning ability, Dung can manage the quality of the project, ensure and arrange personnel in the FFL smoothly, and at the same time come up with solutions to improve the quality of the project.
Besides working as a QA, Dung is also active in EUV2's cultural activities an participates in volunteer programs of the company.
Once again, congratulations to Mỹ Dung and Project Fulfilment!
Hopefully, this award will inspire and motivate Sunners to try harder at work!
