Sun* has officially unveiled the Sun* Annual Awards 2025 (SAA 2025) with a completely new award system! So, what’s new in this year’s prestigious award categories? Let’s dive in with Sun News* to find out!

- The first key difference lies in the expanded scale and award categories. As Sun*’s workforce has grown significantly over the past decade and business activities have entered a new strategic phase, the company’s recognition system has also been upgraded accordingly. The new SAA award system features an increase in both the number of awards and the number of recipients. Notably, a new “Top Awards” format has been introduced to honor the most outstanding individuals and teams in each category.
- Another major update is the renewed evaluation process. This year’s results will be assessed by the Heads Council, based on detailed data for each nominee. In some cases, managers of the nominees may participate in pitching sessions to provide a more comprehensive perspective and evaluation. The process has been streamlined for greater efficiency while ensuring the integrity and prestige of the SAA recognition.
- All nominee lists will remain completely confidential until the very end, creating a fresh and exciting experience for both attendees and awardees at SAA Award Ceremony.

- The final and most exciting update is the Peer Recognition and Appreciation Activity, an event held for the very first time and open to all Sunners. Scheduled for November 2025, this activity encourages Sunners to share messages of appreciation and recognition for their colleagues through a platform announced by the Organizing Committee. These messages will serve as valuable input for the Heads Council during the award selection process.

MVP (Most Valuable Person)
