JPSun* - All hands on deck for Central Vietnam
Hurricane 8 is about to make a landfall and is assessed to be of maximum severity. The people of Central Vietnam will continue suffer from more and more difficulties in the upcoming days. Flood and storm prevention and management is needed not only right now but also when overcoming consequences, when everyone is rebuilding their lives. Therefore, the Central region is in desperate need of everyone's help all over the country. Refusing to stand by and watch, Sun* has officially launched a program to support people in areas affected by the hurricane.
Every year, the Central region regularly suffers from natural disasters, storms and floods, and this year's flooding is considered a historical high, with the severity belonging to the most dangerous natural disaster. However, the people of Central Vietnam have never given up and always tried to rise up. The Central region is the connection between the North and the South, and is also home to many employees at Sun*, who have always put their best effort into their journey with Sun*.
In order to share and assist with the difficulties of the people in affected areas, the Board of Management and the Company have cooperated with the Charity Club to launch the movement "Sun* - All hands on deck for Central Vietnam", calling for Sun* employees to offer practical help to the people in the Central region who are suffering, so that they can quickly stabilize their life and pacify their spirits.
In order not to disclose any personal information and donation amount of those who choose not to participate, preventing the amount of donations from becoming unwanted pressure on everyone as well as making it easier for Sun* employees to donate, the Company has placed charity boxes at the Freespace office areas across the country, along with a small notebook for people to register their name in (if desired).
The proceeds from this activity will be transferred to Sun* Charity Danang to process. The plan to support and help people in affected areas will be updated to you as soon as possible. All your donations at the moment, no matter how small, are extremely valuable and necessary for the people affected.
In the last few days, the various union, charity organizations, departments and a large number of employees in the three regions of the country have also taken timely action to support the people of Central Vietnam. However, the company still needs more enthusiastic response from you to be able to help people in the Central region more effectively.
