Sun* Đà Nẵng: Let’s find out solutions to Sunner’s problems when kicking off the project with PMG EUV4

Surely none of us - the excellent members of Sun*, are no longer new to the concept of Project Kickoff. However, not everyone can fully understand the standard process and the procedures to kickoff a new project at Sun*. And in particular, how to apply the company's standard process to your projects to deliver the best results is still a big concern for many members at Sun*.

To solve the concerns and embarrassment of the Sunners during the project kickoff, especially for BrSEs, Comtors, GLs or PMs, the experienced and talented PMG of EUV4 including 2 speakers Huynh Ba Thanh Phong and Tran Cong Ngoc My has organized a "Project Kick-off To Do" seminar on the afternoon of 6/5/2020 in the enthusiastic response of Sunners Danang. This is considered to be the first seminar to kick off the spirit of members in the branch after the Covid-19 outbreak.

Coming to this friendly seminar, Sunners have the opportunity to get explanation to their problems about project kickoff as well as more interesting and useful information from 2 senior speakers of PMG EUV4 to be able to confidently welcome new projects in the future. Specifically, this seminar aims at two main goals:

- Agree on how to implement the tasks that need to be done at the first stage of each project, in order to limit the information security and quality risks in the project.

- Instructing project team members to know what to do with each job, who to contact, what reference documents to use ...

Specifically, the two speakers Ngoc My - Thanh Phong have helped Sunners clearly divide the necessary steps for a successful and standard project kickoff. With a 6-step process like a complete to-do-list from creating, preparing documents or setting up the necessary tools to collecting KPIs, each step is clearly analyzed by the speakers about the responsible people, how the tool works, and how contacts are allocated within the company.

Although the seminar was held after work, when Sunners all finished their work and were able to return home to their families, the atmosphere in the office was still really exciting and the seminar received a lot of support and love from all Sunners.
