Sun* Hanoi: What’s new about the annual health check this year?

Different from previous years, in this year 2020, Sunners at Hanoi office can choose 1 of 2 health facilities provided by the company to register for annual health check including Thu Cuc Hospital and Hospital Medlatec.

According to the result of the previous survey about health check registration (04/06/2020), the company has worked with both hospitals to select the plan which is most matched with the company's criteria as well as the Sunners’ wishes. 

It can be seen that this is a new highlight in the annual health check of Sun* Hanoi this year as Sunners can choose one of the top 2 hospitals, depending on your need instead of just the only one as before.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

(Note: Sunners who haven't finished the previous survey on June 04 will be added to this survey)

- Registration deadline: 11:45 on June 15, 2020

- Forms are in EDIT status (before the due date, you can EDIT any time and re-submit)

SUBJECTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE HEALTH CHECK

This year, annual health check will be organized for all employees in the company, including official employees, probationary staffs, Naitei, partime staffs and interns. Speicfically:

- Official employees before May 26, 2020 and remain on the company's payroll until the time of this health check: choose 1 of the above 2 health facilities

- Probationary staffs/Part-time staffs/Interns/Naitei before 26th May, 2020:

 health check at Medlatec Hospital

- Direct family of official staff before 26th May, 2020 and remain on the company's payroll until the time of this health check

TIME

Taking blood & urine samples:

- Staffs: 8:00 ~ 10:00, Wednesday (24/06/2020)

Place: 

Doing health check at Thu Cuc Hospital, taking blood and urine sample at Dhaka meeting room, 13F Keangnam.

Doing health check at Medlatec Hospital, taking blood and urine sample at Singapore meeting room, 13F Keangnam.

+ Taking blood and urine samples at the hospital on the registered date for doing health check if it is not able to arrange schedule for taking samples at the company.

- Staff's family

Time for checking-up:

+ Phase 1: 27/06 ~ 28/06/2020: 8:00 ~17:00

+ Phase 2: 04/07 ~ 05/07/2020: 8:00 ~17:00

Medlatec Hospital: No 3 Khuất Duy Tiến or No 99 Trích Sài, Tây Hồ

Thu Cúc Hospital: 286 Thụy Khuê or 216 Trần Duy Hưng, Trung Hoà

(Employees who fail to participate in the examination in the above time frames will have to pay all the fee by themselves, excluding special cases with the approval by unit managers).

Sun* Ho Chi Minh

- Taking blood & urine samples:

+ From 07:30 to 09:00 Thursday 18/06/2020 at Pantry 8th floor Nice Building.

- Time for checking-up: 

+ Phase 1: Saturday (20/6/2020): 13:00 ~15:30 

+ Phase 2: Sunday (21/6/2020): 07:30 ~ 09:30 

- Place: Vigor Health Polyclinic -102A Truong Dinh, Ward 9, District 3
