In the exciting vibes welcoming the month of "Get Risky", R&D Unit takes the initiative with "R&D Challenge". Group Leader will start the "R&D Challenge" by giving Risky Challenge, in which Group Leader will challenge 3 other members of R&D Unit with this challenge.

- If the member thinks that he or she cannot complete the Risky Challenge, they can choose to do the Default Challenge instead, which is "100 pushups within 30 minutes for Men and 50 Squats within 30 minutes for Women".

- Each member joins the challenge only once. After completing the challenge, each person can give the next Risky Challenge to 3 other members, forming them into a group. The event will end until all of the R&D Unit members take part in all the Risky Challenge in turn.

- The maximum time for a group to complete the challenge is 1 week right after the Risky Challenge is officially published on Facebook. Those who cannot complete the Risky Challenge or the Default Challenge will be considered "Challenge Failed", and will not have the right to challenge the next group, and will be subject to a penalty from the Group.

- A player will take the Risky Challenge to the next team as soon as they can complete their Risky Challenge, or the Default Challenge, without waiting 1 week until the deadline, or waiting for the other 2 members in the group to clear the challenge.

- The first person to complete the Risky Challenge in a group of 3 people (completing the Default Challenge is not counted) will be the winner in that group. If all three players fail to clear the Risky Challenge, that group will have no winners. All winners of each group will receive a special reward from the organizers in June 2020.

R&D Unit

The "R&D Challenge" is launched by the Cultural Development Team of R&D via Facebook.

Each person challenges the other 3 members by posting the content of the Risky Challenge on Facebook, then tag those 3 members with the hash tag #RnDChallenges #GetRisky. The Risky Challenge will start from the time you post it.

3 individuals will start their challenge by sharing that challenge’s content, and adding the hashtag #ChallengeAccepted. When you have completed, post the results on Facebook with the hashtag #ChallengeCompleted. The time of #ChallengeCompleted post is the time of completing the Challenge when comparing the award results.

The given content of Risky Challenge, as well as the list of chosen members, will be reviewed by the Culture Department Team in advance to make sure the Challenge "Get Risky" enough, which is not too easy, but not too difficult and to ensure no one was chosen twice or was left out.

The content of Risky Challenges is suggested to base on the individual's OKRs (if 3 people have a common goal), or the Team’s OKRs (if 3 people are on the same team), or the Group’s OKRs or base on the common ability of 3 people.

This is a great opportunity for members of R&D Unit to connect together, to understand more about the meaning of the core value Get Risky in work as well as to gradually conquer individual and Group OKRs.

As part of the Get Risky month at Sun*, besides the R&D Unit, other units will also organize many funny and interesting activities for Sunners who enjoy being challenged. Sun* News will continue to update readers in the next News!
