The month of "Think Outside The Box": #Sunner_7DaysChallenge is getting exciting, join EUV1 members to conquer the challenge!
The month of "Think Outside The Box" is getting exciting, bringing a series of interesting and unique activities for Sunner who love to be challenged. It would be a pity if we forget to mention #Sunner_7DaysChallenge, which has been attracting everyone’s attention these days on social networks. And that challenge is calling EUV1!
At Sun*, in addition to the hot trend of reading books recently, the trend of sports and exercise has long become a spiritual food for Sunners. Besides gyms and parks where Sunners often exercise at, walking around the company, we can also see somewhere Sunners make use of the work area to stretch the body and improve health with the team with quick, easy exercises like plank, squat or push up.
In these days, when the whole world is struggling with the Covid-19, the nationwide social distancing and remote work makes it impossible for Sunners to maintain outdoor exercises and sports activities. Therefore, EUV1 has initiated a "7-day workout challenge" to encourage everyone to increase exercise and also to try new things so that we can not be down during this outbreak.
This challenge was launched by the Culture Department Team of EUV1 for 1 week, from April 11, 2020 to the end of April 17, 2020. Sunners can register different levels of challenge in any suitable exercise, as long as you do it at home.
Although this activity responds to the EUV1's "Think Outside The Box" month, EUV1 has decided to launch this interesting challenge for all employees in the company, regardless of department or position with the hope that all of Sun* will openly welcome new things in work and life.
And surprisingly, after more than 2 days, not only the Sunners from EUV1, but also members from many other departments are willing to participate to conquer this "7-day home workout" challenge!
As of April 15, 2020, the challenge has received more than 60 applications from Sunners of different Units such as EUV1, EUV2, EUV3, R&D Unit, HRV Unit, Vietnam Education Unit, ... with a variety of sports like push-ups, plank, yoga, squat, abs workout, workout, jogging or even football, a sport that isn’t normally be exercised at home.
Every day, Sunners will fill out their goal and workout results in the summary provided by EUV1. Accordingly, Sunners and other members can track the workout process and achievement after each day.
To spread this interesting activity to everyone, many Sunners did not hesitate to show off their achievements on Facebook with the challenge's hashtag:
#StayHome_StayHealthy #Sunner_7DaysChallenge
With this interesting challenge, many Sunners from all Units also responded to join #Sunner_7DaysChallenge as a way to entertain, relieve stress and "Think Outside The Box" amid outbreak!
Many Sunners even raise the difficulty for challenges in such "Think Outside The Box" ways:
EUV1 recorded a total of 50 people who completed their 7-day workout goal out of the 62 participants registered for the challenge. Among these, the organizers used a random tool and found out 3 lucky people to receive the gifts of the challenge.
Interestingly, the host team EUV1 only has 1 member winning the prize, while the guest team EUV2 is lucky to have 2 members.
Specifically, these following members won the "7 days home workout" challenge:
1. Dương Văn Báo - No. 06 - EUV1 - 100 Push-ups
2. Lê Việt Thắng - No. 23 - EUV2 - 350 Push-ups
3. Nguyễn Quang Huy - No. 31 - EUV2 - 240 Push-ups
The organizers shared, at first many people were afraid of this workout idea because they thought that practicing at home would be in the lack of equipment and motivation for everyone.
Finally, although the training space is narrowed to a small home space, or outside the garden depending on the conditions of each family, with the spirit of being open to new things, Sunners are still optimistic and eager to conquer the challenge till the end!
Once again, congratulations to everyone for having fun and new experiences in this remote stage and for always "think of a better way - try something new"!
