Sun* Hồ Chí Minh - The 1 week of setting GET RISKY goal challenge
Besides the journey of setting and conquering the goals of the Sunners, the Culture Development Team of Sun* Ho Chi Minh skillfully combines OKRs and Core value Get Risky, initiating a contest called "The 1 week of setting GET RISKY goal challenge".
Focusing on challenging goals that Sunners can gradually accomplish in a short week, Sun* Ho Chi Minh hopes this program will help everyone improve your health, knowledge as well as "Take risks" to achieve the goals that you have set earlier.
R&D Unit - "R&D Challenge"
In the exciting vibes of "Get Risky" month, the R&D Unit is the first unit to get risky with the "R&D Challenge" program. This is a collective challenge initiated by the Culture Development Team of R&D Unit, dedicated to its members. Accordingly, the Group Leader will issue a challenge called the Risky Challenge, and will challenge the other 3 members of the R&D Unit.
If the member thinks that he or she cannot complete the Risky Challenge, they can choose to do the Default Challenge instead, which is "100 pushups within 30 minutes for Men and 50 Squats within 30 minutes for Women". Each member joins the challenge only once. After completing the challenge, each person can give the next Risky Challenge to 3 other members. "R&D Challenge" will end until all of the R&D Unit members take part in all the Risky Challenge in turn.

Global Education Unit - "Remote days" contest
Starting from April 29 to May 17, Get Risky was initiated by the Culture Development Team of GEU through a photo contest based on the "Remote Days" theme for all employees in the Unit. Specifically, under the "Remote Days" theme, Sunners can completely choose their own photos on vacation after the remote days or the time returning to the office ....
How to join:
- Post photos regarding the theme of remote days to the Facebook group, unlimited quantity
- Caption in any language (if you want more likes, the organizers encourage Sunners to "Get Risky" by writing it in English or Japanese).
- Add hashtag #Remotedays #GEUichiban to the post
EUV3 - Interactive Minigame
Well-known for many interactive minigames expressing the attributes of the core values, EUV3 goes on with May - the month of "Get Risky" by a series of minigames on Facebook and Unit's Chatwork at 10am everyday. Moreover, as one of the leading units in implementing OKRs at Sun*, EUV3 connects the core values with the goals of the Group and the Unit skillfully to help employees better understand core values as well as increase the motivation to accomplish their goals.
The Culture Development Team of EUV3 will organize more "Get Risky" OKRs voting activities of the members of the Group. The final result will be announced to Sun* News readers in next articles!
