February - Be a Team: Exploding a series of unique events from different Units at Sun*

As we all know, the core value "Be a team" with the two most obvious descriptions: Understanding your teammates - Willingness to help has become a guideline for the teamwork and the work environment in Sun*. That is the reason why "Be a team" is the first core value to appear in Sunner's list of 7 core values. "We are individuals sitting on a boat to actualized our common goals and missions." Indeed, no one in this life can live alone, the same goes for an organization. We will not be able to reach the destination without the power of a team.

Contradictions and difficulties in the working environment are inevitable, but if each member identifies us as a team, the individual mentality will be dismissed. It will be replaced by understanding the team, trying to put themselves in the other’s shoes, and being willing to help even if it is not their responsibility.

Unit 1 - Internal football tournament and The Gameshow "Chung suc” (Together)

In response to “Be A Team” month, Unit 1 jubilantly organizes 2 "CHUNG SUC" (Together) activities that promise to bring exciting games for everyone.

Unit 1 Internal football tournament
With the desire to improve the physical, mental and intellectual strength of the brothers, FC Unit 1 organizers happily organize the mini cup football tournament so that the brothers can have the opportunity to interact with each other. This is also the first time Unit 1 has organized an internal football tournament that many people are interested in.

- Time: 15:00 - 17:00 Saturday, February 22, 2020 

- Location: Me Tri Thuong football field, Thang Long Avenue

- The teams will attend the tournament are:
1. Cai To FC (G Mr. Ngoc Thang)  
2. Avengers FC (G Mr. Thanh Tung D)  
3. Huy - Hai - Dao - Buong FC  
4. Guests: Edu FC  

Gameshow: Chung suc (Together)
This is the main activity of the Be a team month at Unit 1, with the hope that all groups in the Unit will interact with each other. According to this, 6 groups of Unit 1 will be divided into 3 groups to participate in the funny, hilarious and hacking parts of the game. Gameshow content is aimed to be fun and animated to bring everyone relaxed moments to improve the team spirit.

Unit 2 - Tiktok with Team 

The vibe of "Be a team" month is spreading in every little corner of Sun*. In that atmosphere, Engineering Unit Vietnam 2 will launch the program: Tik tok with the team today (February 18). This is a creative video contest showing the teamwork by theTik tok app.

Having the most members, the creative videos recorded on Tik tok can connect all the members of Unit 2 and create innovative products that mark their units.

Joining this activity, you will surely have funny and entertaining moments, as well as unforgettable memories with your teammates.

Each team needs a minimum of 5 people to join the game. The maximum length for clips is 2 minutes. The contest categories are diverse, such as dancing, drama, comedy, dialogue ... (Clips that have creative scripts and shooting (effects) as well as humor are prioritized).

Unit 3 (including Ho Chi Minh City office) - "Be a team" puzzle competition

With an aim to connect members of Unit 3 and all Sunners at Sun* in February - "Be a team" month, the Internal Affairs Department of Unit 3 organized the "BE A TEAM" puzzle contest on February, 13th 2020.

The organizers have prepared a big picture of the Be-a-team‘s spirit. The picture will be divided into small pieces. Participants will be divided into groups (Each individual is sent 1 attendance code). The organizers will show a list of groups by code (For example, group 1 includes codes 01-02-03-04 ...). Participants must find their teammates in their group to regroup (For example To personal code to CW to find each other). The teams will discuss in their group to learn and understand the personal information about each member. After that, the team will contact the organizers representative through the Unit’s Box to receive the piece (hard copy) and move it to the place of the puzzle (Hanoi’s clue: Nguyen Thuy Trang IC, HCM’s: Cao Thi Thu Thao).

The picture that the teams have matched will appear on the boards located in the Free  Space, office area Fizz- Keangnam Hanoi office area. The top 3 group members who finish the complete picture and overcome the "Be A team" challenge will receive extremely attractive prizes.

Unit 4 - Sing our song

Keeping track by speeding up again after the holiday season with the burning BE A TEAM spirit with Unit 4 is a super interesting competition.

Whoever we are, teammates, families .., please show the understanding and the willingness to help each other to create an “awesome” video through the contest: Sing our Song - Together we sing.

The songs in this program will focus on the theme of "Be a team", each team will choose a song with certain content that is related to solidarity.
