Mr. Kazunari Fujimoto: I hope 2019 will be the big jump of Sun* Da Nang!

As 2018 was coming to an end, on a free weekend, Sun* News "kidnapped" Mr. Fujimoto for a short yet inspiring conversation about Sun* Da Nang, about life at the seaside city and his expectations for SDN in 2019. 

SN: Hello Mr. Fuji, up till now, you have been with Sun* Da Nang for more than a year. How is your life and work at this seaside city? 

Mr. Fujimoto: For me, Da Nang is an awesome city! Even in Japan, images of Da Nang appear a lot on the Internet and the media. Hence, this is a destination that I have always wanted to go to. I was quick to fit in with life in Da Nang, with lots of energy to catch up with the work here. During my off day, I usually come to the beach and surf some waves. I love this city, and even Sun* Da Nang (Laugh).

SN: Before coming to Sun* Da Nang, what were your plans for your work here? How did it lay out? 

Mr. Fujimoto: When I came to Sun* Da Nang, I set goals for myself, which is creating conditions for the members here as much as possible, both in quantity and quality. As you can see, the staff is developing day by day. However, I still wish that SDN-ers will not just learn the new techniques and technologies, but also perfect the specialized techniques to bring success to the projects. I hope that the engineers, project and product managers will always be ready to learn and practice what they learn for non-stop development.  

SN: What would you say to the SDN-ers? 

Mr. Fujimoto: I wish to upgrade the quality of engineers of Sun* DN to be at the same level as in Japan. I also hope everyone can still maintain the responsibility and enthusiasm so that the product quality will continue to be better. I also appreciate the fact that everyone is always happy with their job and how they enjoy life.

However, in the company, I think that we should pay attention and know the priority. Always remember that we are working on the product for the customers' demand. Hence, in the office, sometimes your work is done and you want to volume up your music to relax or rehearse for events, it is likely that you are disturbing people who are still urgently working on their tasks.  

Or like the strong smell of food in the office. Even if it is everyone's favorite food, the general smell of food still affects people who are working. 

I know that strict regulations in the company will get rid of the comfort in the office, but think about the people working around you as well. Even if your work is done, try not to disturb people are unfinished. Especially, if you are going to speak loudly, look around to see if people around you are working or not. I hope that in the new year 2019, we will make changes little by little so that the office will be more perfect. 

SN: You must have gone through many awesome events with Sun* Da Nang. What makes you love this place the most? 

Mr. Fujimoto: This year's party celebrating the new office was amazing. I want to participate in more fun events with everyone in 2019. 

SN: There are only 10 days left in 2018; We will be welcoming 2019 with new expectations and tasks, do you have new ideas or expectations for the upcoming journey with SDN? 

Mr. Fujimoto: Let's make the upcoming year the big jump of Sun* Da Nang! 

If we work together on the basis of responsibility and the goal to create awesome products, we will certainly have more successful projects.

For that, we will need the participation of many new members to deal with the massive workload. I believe that if we work hard together, we will surely have a successful future! In 2019, let's be as one and exert ourselves like how you won the AFF Cup 2018!
