Sun* Kudos: The Teammate Recognition and Appreciation Movement Officially Launches Ahead of SAA 2025

What is Sun* Kudos?

The theme for the Sun* Annual Awards (SAA) 2025 was recently announced with a meaningful message: Root Further. If every Sunner is likened to a root branch deepening its potential every day, then our teammates are the interwoven network of roots, supporting and helping us overcome storms together. The end of the year is the most beautiful time to send our teammates the things we rarely get a chance to say in everyday life—a thank you for accompanying us, recognition for persistent efforts, or appreciation for someone who has provided motivation and helped us improve every day.

And Sun* Kudos was created to tell stories like these.

As a space for Sunners to send sincere thank-you and recognition messages to their teammates, Sun* Kudos helps you share stories about your "heroes" and brings a new dimension to SAA 2025—where every Sunner has the opportunity to recognize the individual/team they value most throughout a year of hard work.

Notably, by sending Kudos between November 24 and December 3, Sunners will also create valuable material for the Head Council to consult when selecting the most outstanding individuals/teams across the six award categories at SAA 2025.

After this deadline, Sunners can still continue to send Kudos to spread the team spirit and receive surprises that the Organizing Committee will reveal below!

How to Send Kudos?

On Sun* Kudos, you can easily send thanks and recognition to those who have helped you grow stronger and more mature in 2025 with a very simple process.

Those Sunners who receive Kudos will appear on the Spotlight Board — the area honoring all those who have had a positive influence on their teammates in 2025. At the same time, Sunners can also select the "Filter" feature to read Kudos from their own department!

As the first product of Sun* Vietnam built entirely with AI, Sun* Kudos is a pioneering project applying the latest technology solutions and processes researched and developed by STVC. It promises not only to ignite the culture of appreciation and recognition but also to become a case study in the application of AI, in line with the SAA 2025 message: Root Further.

The 5 Kudos that receive the most ❤️ across all of Sun* will officially become the National Kudos and be awarded a special gift from SAA 2025: Root Further.
