From October 2019, Official Staff Ceremony upgrades to “We are Sun*”

Official Staff Ceremony is an event to welcome new members, showing appreciation towards the staff deciding to work and contribute to the development of Sun*. Realizing the importance, value and impact of this event to the mindset of new employees, the organizer has made an important turning-point. 

From October 2019, Official Staff Ceremony will be known as We are Sun*. 

Apart from basic information about Career path, rights and responsibilities of an official staff, the organizer hopes that We are Sun* will become a session of inspiration that can help people understand more about the company's vision, mission and core values. From then, Sunners will be able to take the appropriate decision or action in work. 

In comparison to the 2-hour old version, the new version will last for 4 hours. The new staff will get to listen to inspiring sharings from Managers - people who have been with Sun* for a long time. 6-7 years ago, they were the 'newbies', and despite all the challenges, they always strive to 'make awesome things that matter'. 

Also, with a business idea competition, members will be working in groups to discuss possible solutions to the existing social problems. Throughout these sharings and discussions, Sunners will have a better understanding of "a world where everyone is equal in making awesome things that matter". 

From October 2019, Official Staff Ceremony We are Sun* will be hosted in the following format:

- Time: Within the first 10 days of the month 

-  Duration: 4 hours

The next Official Staff Ceremony will be on October 3.
