Sun* Da Nang welcomes 2 awesome new members in We are Sun* of November

Within 3 hours, the official staff listened to Sun* stories, the meaning behind the name, signature and mascot. Mr. Trần Văn Tấn, Vice-Manager Unit 1 had a special sharing with them on the vision, mission and core values of Sun*, along with his stories, experiences and inspirations that he had throughout his 6 years of working. 

"For this We are Sun*, I get to understand them more with their sharings and stories. The heart-to-heart conversations really help to channel the thoughts and experiences of both sides, as well as their future path with Sun*" - Mr. Trần Văn Tấn told Sun* News.

In order to understand more about the company's core values, the new staff participated in a simple but challenging mini game. They had to match the attribute to the core values. There are also incorrect attributes, so that members have to stay focused to give the correct answers. 

“I love how our company welcomes official staff. At first, I thought there would only be presentations, but it turned out to be a talk. Mr. Trần Văn Tấn makes us feel like we are talking to a big brother, a senior, not our boss. Mini games from IC team also help us remember the 7 core values of the company.” - Trần Duy Báu, new member of Design Unit shared about the 3 hours of We are Sun*.
