Inter Unit Company Trip: Phu Quoc - Joy beyond your wildest dreams

Before takeoff, members of DEU - GEU - HRV - PDU - PAO thought that they would have to change the schedule. The reason was that Phu Quoc was under a heavy flood never before seen in history. At the last minutes, the organizer decided to remain on schedule, and apparently, 'God never gives up on the one who tries'.

All is well

Phu Quoc welcomed the team with all of its gentleness, 28 degree Celcius, well sunny and light breeze like the Hanoi autumn. The flight went without any delay. The center of Phu Quoc island was not as flooded as the news mentioned, so the whole team was relieved for the long vacation ahead.

Throughout the 3 days in Phu Quoc, despite occasional pourings, the overall weather was cool and not too sunny, perfect for a wonderful vacation.

There was no such thing as horrible flooding like on the newspaper. The roads were clear, there were no difficulties. God really does not give up on people who try, after all.

Experience the exquisite specialties of Phu Quoc

One of the first experiences in Phu Quoc is traveling to the middle of the ocean, enjoying the infinite blue ocean, breathing in the salty ocean breeze, taking pictures with the blue sky in the background, fishing in the wide ocean and diving to watch the corals.

Nguyen Anh Tien and Do Trung Kien.. proved to be 'fishkiller' with 4-5 fish caught in a short period of time. Meanwhile, others proved to be "empty-handed" after a whole day waiting without any fish biting into the hook.

Tired of fishing, people dove into the sea to watch the Phu Quoc coral reefs. But you know, swimming or coral watching are only subactivities, the grand show is to have fun in the ocean.

The team also visited a pearl farm, Hong Duc fish sauce factory, pepper plantation and Bay Gao sim winery. These are all Phu Quoc famous specialties, so all carried heavy bags of souvenirs and gifts for families and friends.

Awesome gala night with the message of Be Optimistic

After field trips by the ocean, the members had half a day of resting and preparing for a Gala Dinner with many promising surprises. Not letting Sunners down, the organizers took members on a journey full of surprises.

"Sing in satisfaction" and "Sing in sourness" are two special games that the organizers had for Sunners. Imagine two people, one sang while counting money, and the other sand while eating lots of lemons. With optimisim and flexibility of a Sunner, players can easily win the challenge.

In the Gala night, the organizer had chosen 3 outstanding couples to nominate for King & Queen of the party. Not just compatible in appearance, the couple must win the personality round "How do you understand Be Optimistic?" The excellent answer with the most votes made Ngo Van Nghia (R&D Unit) and Tran Huyen My (HR Unit) King & Queen of the Gala Dinner.
