Sun* launched "The OKRs amazing race" with tons of amazing prizes

Overview of the OKRs amazing race 2020 

After many days warming up and getting used to OKRs, now it’s time for Units/Groups to compete because the company has officially launched “the OKRs amazing race” from today.

Having many super prizes, the race will last throughout the year and it is divided into 2 interesting stages:

• Stage 1 - Quality OKRs (6/7 - 4/10/2020): evaluate progress, structure, measurement... especially alignment.
• Stage 2 - Master OKRs (5/10/2020 - 3/1/2021): In addition to the factors in Stage 1, evaluating the challenging OKRs will be added.

A series of super prizes

Each stage, Top 3 Groups(*) and Top 10 Sunners with the highest scores will be awarded:

Top 3 Groups prizes each stage:

• 01 first prize: 7 million dong
• 01 second prize: 5 million dong
• 01 third prize: 3 million dong

In addition, Top 10 Sunners of each stage will receive a cash prize of 1 million dong per Sunner.

The format of Stage 1

To achieve high ranking in Stage 1 - quality OKRs, Groups(*) and individuals need to make sure to perform well all the factors when implementing OKRs:

The system will start calculating points weekly from 6/7 to 4/10/2020. 

Stage 1 performances and details on the next stage of the "Amazing Race" Campaign will be updated to Sunners as soon as possible through company announcements, Sun* News as well as S*Goal. Please access the system regularly to update OKRs and do not miss any important information!

Why don’t we enter Stage 1 of the "OKRs Amazing Race" and become an excellent factor in the OKRs campaign throughout Sun*?

(*) Definition of Group is based on the largest unit setting up OKR by quarter:

They are executive groups under big units like EUV. Small units like GEU, BAO, HRV, R&D, VEU ... will count as a Group level when participating in a campaign.
