Sunners’ wishes in 2021

"A new year has started, a new decade has come, I also set my own goals to become better than last year.

At work, I will focus on my expertise to become a genuine Career Advisor, take a professional HR course, specifically in the recruitment field, Stay Focused a lot more to ensure the Recruitment target for company projects.

Regarding personal finance, I hope it to be more stable than last year and expect a small saving this year. In terms of health, I will definitely participate in Yoga classes in the morning, try to jog 10km per week to get more 'slimmer'. For family stuff, I will arrange more time to visit my hometown, take my family to travel at least once, accompany my children in any activity like running or racing for babies.

As one year will pass very quickly, I will not greedily hope for many things. I just wish that my 4 aforementioned goals are completed." - Vuong Hoa - HRV Unit

"In the past 2020, I changed a lot compared to last year, the most regret is probably that I still haven't found a lover. In 2021, I will learn and improve myself whenever I want, because if we do not try to learn and know more, you will forever stand still while the world is constantly changing.

"Although 2020 is volatile yet still memorable for me since I have the chance to participate in 3 new projects at Sun *. As one of the SAA 2020 nominees recently, it is not only my pride but also the motivation for me to try to improve myself. In 2021, I also set a lot of goals to develop myself such as expanding the field of training, improving my foreign language proficiency. In addition to work, I set a goal of paying more attention to my health. Health is always the most valuable thing to humans, so I think we should not forget about taking care of ourselves because of work. "The year 2020 has been an extremely memorable year for me because this is the year when many new events happened in my life. In particular, the most outstanding achievement is to become an official employee of Sun* family. Here I meet a lot of bros and sises, learn and develop more myself. Personally, I feel like I have done something useful.

Along with that, 2020 also brings me many regrets with the most bitter regret is that I did not care much or share with my family members because of being busy with the new job. 

2021 will be a new year with new plans, but first, I will spend more time with my family so as not to regret as in 2020. After that, I will try to develop myself, acquire more knowledge to be able to complete the job well, as well as try to keep myself in a comfortable spirit to always spread positivity to those around in general, and the Sun* members in particular.
