The inspiration called We Are Sun* has arrived at Da Nang office

We Are Sun* is the new staff welcome program in place of the old Official Staff Ceremony, a meet-up between the company B.O.D. and the new members of the Sun* family. This is the chance for official members to understand more about the mission, vision and core values that the company is building and aiming at, as well as for new Sunners to express their feelings or hopes when becoming a part of Sun*.

Within 2 hours, the official staff listened to Mr. Tran Van Tan - Manager Unit 1 sharing his stories about the development path and the company culture that Sun* has been building. With lots of information explained in a very practical way, hilarious examples and experiences during his journey with Sun*, Mr. Tan made it simple to understand and relatable to Sunners.

To memorize the information, the organizer introduced a minigame for participants to arrange the core values in the correct orders as well as explanations and many other factors. However, this minigame was a piece of cake for Sunners. The inspiring stories and sharings from B.O.D. really etched in their minds the 7 core values. 

Ton That Nhat Quan, Developer from Unit 1 said: “I am greatly impressed with the story about the company of Mr. Tan. It makes me realize why we must follow the current process, and how the company culture is formed. 

The first We are Sun* in Danang came to a warm and joyful end. We hope that the new Sunners will have an "awesome" journey with Sun* in the future.
