The top 7 "Go Fast" Sunners
September is the month of the core value Go Fast in Sun*. With the spirit of "Realize fast - Learn fast - Exchange information fast", the organizer has selected the 7 best members from different units that signify this value.
After a month of Go Fast, on the first day of October, the B.O.D. has given awards to the exemplary members of this core value in each Unit. They will also be competing to become one of the Best representatives of the characteristics of Sunner in the year-end award SAA.
Those who are qualified for the Go Fast award must:
+ Learn fast: Non-stop learning and acquiring new tech and knowledge
+ Realize fast: Realize matters quickly
+ Exchange information fast: Continuously share information and knowledge that you have gained
After assessment and voting, the B.O.D. has chosen the best 7 candidates:
1. Ngo Manh Tung - Engineering Unit Vietnam 1
As a member of the Network team, Tung always tries his best to ensure that the company's network is stable, his tasks are completed, and network issues are quickly dealt with. Tung himself is great at managing his own personal time, always willing to OT, check and evaluate network to the best of its performance.
2. Ngo Thi Gam - Engineering Unit Vietnam 2
Upgraded from Comtor to BrSE, Gam addresses her own weaknesses, makes plans to improve and always has comprehensive reports for the upper level managers.
Gam is also a fast learners, as she not only acquires knoweldge from her mentor, she also finds out on his own the necessary skills for her work. In projects, she is outgoing, and she is never reluctant to share about her challenges and difficulties with her teammates.
3. Duong Quang Minh - Engineering Unit Vietnam 3
Although he has only been an official Sunner from August, Minh has proved his ability to quickly improve. His current project only started in July, but Minh has taken up the responsibility of a core feature of the system. Never shy away from challenges, Minh always completes all of his assigned tasks, and he often discusses with his leader to learn and practice skills. A dynamic employee, an enthusiastic conversationist, and a joyful participant of team activities; those are what makes Minh stand out.
4. Pham Van Chien - Education Vietnam Unit
As a Ruby trainer, Chien is always up for new tasks that require continuous studying. With his fast approach and learning method, Chien is alwasy the first to complete his tasks. In the past few months, Chien takes up the challenge of moving to Front-end as a Front-end trainer, guiding trainees through interviews and probations. Working with Chien, his teammates always feel comfortable and assured when facing challenges.
5. Dao Thai Son - R&D Unit
Son is an active learner when it comes to new knowledge and technology, with an amazing speed. Son usually finishes his tasks before the deadline, and always gives full support to other team members. Son always ensures that his tasks are of the best quality, and he receives little to no complaints about his assigned tasks.
6. Doan Huy Hieu - Global Education Unit
Despite having received his tasks recently, Hieu quickly picks up his pace, and he often proposes new ideas to improve the work of his own and the whole team.
Not just full of effort in his own work, he also often gives comments and shares his teaching experiences for young teachers.
7. Phan Thi Thanh Hong - Human Resources Unit Vietnam
After a year in HR Team, from the Fresher level with barely any experience and knowledge in IT HR, Hong has now proved to be one of the founding stones of the Da Nang HR team with lots of development potentials. It is all thanks to her focus in work, her effort, her fast realization and her participation in exchanging information.
