Right from the start, STACC encountered continuous challenges, from lack of human resources to high demand in specialty and professionalism from the client. Project members are summoned from 6 different groups, with members from Unit 1, Design Unit...

There are times that team members experienced great changes, but whether it is old or new members, they all try their best to complete their given tasks with top quality. For that reason, the project quality is always ensured.

STACC is one of the few projects in Sun* that strictly apply the Scrum model with intense discripline from the client. For that reason, the mindset, skills and professionalism of each member are improved day by day, with frequent product delivery after each and every one-week Sprint. 

Despite all the challenges ahead, members work well together, caring for each other in times of hardship and sharing joy every day, and in every Happy Friday. 

Project members always keep in mind that the team is at the eye of the storm, requiring intense focus to support each other in dealing with awaiting challenges and difficulties, further improving team strengths and product quality.

Nguyen Ha Ngoc Huyen - Most Important Person

Nguyen Ha Ngoc Huyen has a consistent positive aura towards anyone she works with or talks to. It has been nearly 2 years since she is given the responsibility of leading the Smile QA team, and she bonds team members together, often encourages and cares for people, or hosts seminars to improve technical knowledge for members. 

In July 2019, Ngoc Huyen became the QA Leader of project DMS. Huyen brought the spirit of fighters to the QA team, not afraid of challenges and pressure coming from the huge amount of TC, Data test, as well as detailed intermediary reviews and constant spec updates. 

Huyen refreshed the team spirit, bringing straight to the table the existing issues, having meetings with Developers and PM for solutions. The project is now stable, with less pressure for the QA team, and Huyen applies process with solutions to PM to further improve the project. 

Huyen is not just a busy worker, but also a skillful caretakers in the awesome parties of Unit 2 and QA2. 

Once again, kudos to team STACC and Nguyen Ha Ngoc Huyen. 

MIP (Most Important Person và Most Important Project) is the award Unit 2 gives to excellent individual and project with the most contributions to the Unit within one quarter.
