I am a typical IT guy: gentle, kind (haha), looking at the computer all the time, quite shy (working in a majority-male workplace, so I rarely communicate with girls). Therefore, my way to her heart is also very difficult! 

Previously, with no experience in understanding women's psychology, at first, I wasn’t confident at all. But having a thick-skinned face is better than a handsome face. I began to study carefully about my crush, what she is like, her hobbies, what she hates, even her work, her family, not missing any details. After more than a week, the results were quite collected. I had to set my goal like setting my personal OKRs. 

After researching different sources and asking my seniors as well, I realized some very interesting things. For example, do not stupidly go into your crush's Facebook messenger and send all kinds of messages such as: "Hey you, where are you from, nice to meet you!", she will have a bad impression and this message will be ignored for sure.
