We Are Sun* November 2019 welcomes 15 new official members

After probation, on November 7, 15 new official members have participated in We Are Sun* to understand more about the company's vision, mission and core values. With this ceremony, members will understand more about the company's culture and find meanings in their work.

We Are Sun* is an inspiration for new official staff from the board of directors. Within 3 hours, Sunners will get to listen to sharings from the managers on business culture via stories of vision, mission, core values, and discuss these factors.

Ms. Nguyễn Thị Ước Mơ - Manager HR Unit shares about Sun* vision, mission, core values.

In the first part, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Ước Mơ - Manager HR Unit shared with Sunners on the definition of business culture, company's name, mascot, slogan, vision, mission and core values.

"All members need to understand that both the directors and the members need to fully grasp the business culture to act with right moral. The business culture decides a company's success" - Ms. Mơ said.

What is your top 5 values? The answers vary greatly between single and married members.

The business culture is elaborated further via the vision, mission and core values.  

Bùi Quang Đại (Unit 2) said: “The vision is the orientation for development of an organization in the future." For Phạm Hải Đăng (Unit 1), each person was born with a mission, and we all must find and act as our mission defined.  

To achieve our mission in Sun*, each member needs to understand and apply Sun*'s 7 core values. These are still new and strange concepts for new members. For that reason, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Ước Mơ integrated them in real-life examples and meaningful stories for members to have a clearer understanding of these Sun* core values.

Not just for pure understanding, in the following part, 15 members were divided into 3 teams for 3 games of different formats. Each member has to use their own knowledge to discover the hidden meaning behind each core value by real-life examples. 

Mr. Lê Duy Khánh - Section Manager Unit 2 made an overall conclusion on the 7 core values and how to apply it for their projects. This is the guiding star for Sunners in their work and daily life.

Listening to the topic

Mr. Lê Duy Khánh and Mr. Trần Đức Thắng - Group Leader R&D Unit introduced about benefit scheme and career paths for each position as well as answered questions and gave official employee ID card for each member.
