But not everyone knows that, to get to this decision, there are departments that had to work from the previous 2 weeks. One of the most important tasks of preparation belongs to Infra, which is to build a secure VPN system, ensuring a smooth connection to the server.

‘Deploying a VPN system requires a combination of all three teams. In particular, the network takes care of the network infrastructure and internet connection to ensure all network connections to the company are stable, the System team builds VPN servers so that users can access the project server as well as connect to the system of the customers, Office team supports members connecting VPN to the company ”- Mr. Truong Thanh Trung shared.

Before that assignment from Mr. Tran Nam Son, the whole member admitted to being a bit bewildered, because they must complete such a large system in a short time, and ensure its security. But when he sat down to assign work tasks for each of them, Mr. Trung said, ‘It is also simpler when each one works and tries together.”

As the person who is responsible for testing the system, Mr. Ngo Manh Tung has 2 weeks of OT successively, he finished at 11:00 pm when it got late, and at 9 pm when it was earlier. But all the tired disappeared when the system ran perfectly, Sunners can keep their minds on work at home.

‘Last Saturday and Sunday, we put in the test case and confirmed with the bosses that the system was ready. The unexpected thing was “production” right on Monday. The epidemic was complicated, so everyone encouraged each other to do it as quickly as possible and was completely proactive in deciding to do the remote ”- Mr. Tung recalls.

On the morning of the first day of receiving the remote decision, Sunners came to the company to move machines, equipment, and VPN registration. Along with BA, ISO, Infra continue to work hard when receiving requests from departments for processing.

Mr. Ngo The Hai Anh recalled: 'On the morning of March 9, many people requested to use VPN to work remotely, and the Infra team had to coordinate with ISO team and GLs to handle. The goal of the whole team is to resolve as quickly as possible, avoiding wasting time for people to come home to focus on work ”.

Even though everyone works remotely at home, the Infra team keeps getting feedback like “Hey, my network connection is too unstable, how to do it now!” Or “Oh my god, I forgot the computer password given by the company”....

Hundreds of requests were sent, Infra brothers at that time did not distinguish anyone's work, everyone who is free, jump in to support; system support network, office.

Mr. Ngo Manh Tung said: “In the first week, the team knows for sure they will be tired of OT, trying to optimize the system for those who stay at home with the smooth server. Hard work but no one complained, because of the common spirit, Sunners can stay at home to work to ensure the health while still working smoothly. ''

Currently, 2 members of 2 teams of Infra are Office and Network alternately, half go to office and half do remote. However, they are all in the state of ‘ready to go to the company if there's a problem to fix."

Up to this point, after more than 1 week of working remotely, the Sunners were more or less familiar with remote work. In order to have the best VPN system, Infra brothers did not hesitate to build and develop the system day and night.

Or as Truong Thanh Trung said, ‘now that the system is running smoothly, people feel safe and comfortable when they are at home, it means the Infra brothers' work pays off”. We will try our best to make the system work well until the last remote working day ”.
