The month of Go Fast has come and, the units at Sun* are also preparing to carry out many activities to spread the spirit of "Quick awareness - Quick learning - Continuous sharing". Let's see how the units "Go Fast"!
Following the spirit of "Quick awareness - Quick learning - Sharing continuously" to respond to the month of Go Fast, instead of focusing too much on going fast at work, the Units focused on organizing many activities regarding knowledge gaining and sharing among members.
Certainly, Sunners are quite familiar with internal seminars, Talk Xpert, etc. which are regularly organized by the units at the company. As a familiar place to exchange and share knowledge, such seminars are enthusiastically supported and participated by Sunners.
At 3 large units such as EUV1, EUV2 and EUV3, the spirit of Go Fast has been shown clearly through seminars of large and small teams, groups, and the whole Unit.
At EUV1, the Culture Development Team is planning to organize a seminar with an external technology expert speaker. This is an opportunity for members in the Unit to approach a new technology perspective, with useful knowledge to apply to practical work at Sun*. The seminar is expected to be an in-depth analysis of CI/CD and will be held in late July.
Taking OKRs as the motive to Go Fast in July, EUV2 created a race to accompany the OKRs Amazing Race of the company. Launched from July 2, the race "Go Fast with OKRs" of The High members will find out 3 individuals and 1 group that set up "Accurate - Complete- Fast" OKRs in the third quarter of 2020. Currently, the organizers are collecting results and will announce the prize to everyone on July 22nd.
Famous for its tradition of learning and competing for certification, EUV3 seems to have an available abundant energy source to Go Fast successfully. Responding to the spirit of "Quick awareness - Quick learning - Continuous sharing", EUV3 will find the best Go Fast individuals together through the "Tracing Warriors" contest with the Top 3 attractive prizes:
Outstanding Warrior: The person who organizes the most seminars for the unit from the beginning of the year to the Gala Night 2020
Diligent Warrior: The person who participates in many seminars and give most speeches and opinions
Friendly Warriors: The seminar photo has the most likes on "U3 champions" Facebook page
With the Go Fast spirit within every Sunner of EUV3, who will become warriors and receive great awards from the program? The results will be announced at the Gala Night on July 22 of EUV3.
At the Sun* Ho Chi Minh office, the branch Culture Development Team plans to organize one session for small groups to learn and share knowledge. 1 week earlier, the members will be sorted into their teams (expected 3 people/team) with the necessary information for the teams to prepare.
At the sharing session, the teams will share briefly about the knowledge they have learned (about 5 minutes each). The judges will score based on the criteria of the program and give the top 3 prizes. The prizes are: 1 First Prize, 1 Second Prize and 1 Prize voted by the audience.
Although it is a small activity in Go Fast month, it promises to spread the spirit of "Fast awareness - Quick learning - Sharing continuously" to Sunners in the branch!
This month, the R&D Unit excitedly organized a series of seminars, knowledge sharing, training courses ... to spread the spirit of "quick awareness, quick learning, continuous sharing" to all members. However, the highlight of the Go Fast month at the R&D Unit is the "Keyboard Hero" contest - showing how cool and unique of this young and dynamic Unit!

In addition, Sunners shouldn’t miss the remarkable Go Fast activities of other units such as the Design Unit with the familiar Tea Talk seminar on the OKRs topic, VEU with the book sharing and OKRs competing, and BAO with the guessing words and reading culture program.....
With the message "To grow faster, learn from new lessons every day, keep learning and communicating. Ideas can not make a change until we turn them into action", it is hoped that Sunners will always keep the spirit of "Quick awareness - Quick learning - Continuous sharing" to conquer the set goals.
